RED ALGAE SEAWEED VEGETABLE WRAP
1 pc nori seaweed
30 gm cucumber
30 gm red pepper
30 gm yellow pepper
20 gm assorted lettuce
30 gm mizuna leave
20 gm Chinese kale, rose radish, tatsio
15 gm roasted pumpkin seed
20 ml misoshiru dressing
Seasoning to taste
Wash and prepare vegetables, then roll in nori sheet. Oven bake the kale along with the carrot strips, season with milled pepper and sea salt. Mix together Miso / scallions / soy glace for misoshiru, add garlic or vegan fish sauce but this is optional. Toast the pumpkin seeds for texture, lightly season
A creative healthy conscious meal, could also be served with flaxseeds or beetroot crisps.
