Roasted Vegetables Panini

INGREDIENTS

Tomatoes
Zucchini
Eggplant
Onion
Avocado
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Olive oil
Basil
Garlic
Panini
Rucola
French Fries

METHOD

Clean vegetables. Cut vegetables into 10 mm-pieces. Tomato, Zucchini, Eggplant Onion White are marinated with Salt, Pepper, Oregano and Olive oil. After that, put on pangrill until get light brown color. Put Italian Basil, Garlic, Olive oil in Blender and seasoning with salt and pepper and blench until all ingredients are mixed well and smoothly. Cut Pizza Panini Dough on the length side in halves and spread with Basil pesto sauce. Arrange grilled vegetables on the dough including avocado and put wild rocket on top. Put some balsamic reduction on top around. Put in panini machine or pangrill until it gets a nice color and warm. Serve with French fries and Tomato ketchup.
